The journal seeks to become a space for interdisciplinary dialogue regarding development and subnational public management in Latin America. For this reason, RIEM accepts articles constructed from particular cases of study, which are always related, both from a theoretical and empirical point of view, with broader processes, both national and international. The disciplines covering the magazine are mainly: public administration, political science, sociology, law, economics and anthropology.
