RAMIREZ HERMOSILLA, Tomás. New technologies for public safety and impact on privacy: weighting criteria. Rev. chil. derecho tecnol. [online]. 2016, vol.5, n.1, pp.57-86. ISSN 0719-2584. http://dx.doi.org/10.5354/0719-2584.2016.41688.

In practical terms, this criteria implies to admit intrusión of privacy by recording public and private spaces at once, to be compared with the legislative and judicial criteria weighting in constitutional, criminal and procedural criminal law.
