The oceanic species Apolinus lividigaster (Mulsant, 1853) is registered for the first time for Chile and Isla Rapa Nui, based on specimens collected by the personal of Chilean Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG) of Chile, in the locality of Hanga Roa.
