The first results of a basic and complementary modelling are shown. It is intended to observe the thermal behavior of a building and its immediate microclimate. This is a proposal to introduce the thermal comfort of a passive solar housing into the requirements contained within life cycle management so as to evaluate its real sustainability at environmental and economic level, as well as during the design of the building and its neighboring microclimate. Sustainable practices demand different methodologies and evaluations at an unprecedented pace in the construction engineering field. This paper presents a modelling that overcome difficulties that occur when assessing different materials and construction elements, thus forecasting the temperature reached by the building during the design stage, as well as the accumulated heat and its delivery speed within interior space. It is possible to verify that the wind speed plays a key role during the delivery of accumulated heat, the more speed, the less interface. However, such an element has a limit according to the thickness of the analyzed construction material. The life cycle assessment of thermal comfort provides a service performance according to the element involved and defines environmental and economic costs, thus standardizing a global value of "thermal comfort".
