TITTONI, Jaqueline  e  TSCHIEDEL, Rosemarie Gartner. Everyday life and the arts of work: Working in basic health care. Psicoperspectivas [online]. 2020, vol.19, n.3, pp.143-154.  Epub 15-Nov-2020. ISSN 0718-6924.  http://dx.doi.org/10.5027/psicoperspectivas-vol19-issue3-fulltext-2057.

This study discusses daily work in basic health care, highlighting the activities of family health teams and, especially, the activities of community health workers. It approaches the daily micro-policies to think about living work in act, focusing on the ways of working and, especially, the relationships that are produced in daily work. Resistance, with less visibility, can guarantee its effectiveness. The study followed the daily work of a family health team in a health unit on the outskirts of the city of Porto Alegre-Brazil. Cartography is the methodological premise, focusing on the monitoring of daily processes and this monitoring was recorded in research diaries and photographic productions. It was identified that the team produced arrangements among the prescribed goals, working conditions and community resources. Such arrangements are produced in the daily work, which imply affections and sensibilities, not always visible in the prescriptions and norms that guide the work, hence the importance of their study.
