Based on the idea that the legal method must adapt to the structure of the pragmatic sources of law, the author delimits and distinguishes the theory of law from the philosophy of law. To do this, he first describes the matters concerning the theory of law and then, based on this delimitation, he distinguishes this discipline from other related disciplines dealing with law, especially the philosophy of law.
