This study analyzes the application of the right to equal pay for equal work through the knowledge of the cases filed before the Chilean courts of justice, and the doctrine that has emanated from the respective rulings on the controversial issues, such as the configuration of the objective difference that would support the differential treatment, the salary in the remuneration structure and specific procedural matters.
