Morgagni hernia is an uncommon form of congenital diaphragmatic hernia. It is usually diagnosed during childhood but occasionally, it is discovered during adulthood. We report a 77 years old female with a Morgagni diaphragmatic hernia. The patient did not have a history of trauma and had multiple hospital admissions due to respiratory problems, managed as pneumonias. A chest CAT scan established the diagnosis and the patient was operated using a trans abdominal approach, with good results
