In this work it is analyzed the evolution of the companies group juridical position in the Chilean labor law, identifying three stages of study of its legal regulation. Firstly, the irrelevance of business group in the chilean labor law. Secondly, the construction and application of judicial sentences about companies group, pronounced at the respective period. Thirdly, the legal regulation of the groups established through law n° 20.760/2104, giving account about its configuration and effects, specially about two important elements incorporated by that law: judicial action and legal infractions suppression. Finally, some observations are presented, particularly referred to several aspects that are still pending in the juridical system established through law n° 20.760.
