Aimed to protect a higher right -the public economic order, threaten by the insolvency of the debtor-, the legislator has developed a stabilization system which implementation is basically a matter of suspending or terminating specific individual constitutional rights. The question, that has been asked from centurias without an harmonic solution, points to understand the juridical nature of that procedure.
