The purpose of this paper is to make a brief analysis about the Chilean anti-money laundering regime, which considers a wide range of measures applicable to different actors of the local economic activity. We think that a work of this kind is necessary, considering the substantial regulation that has been generated during the last years in this matter. In this study, we will make a brief summary of its content and try out its systematization.
