This research developed in economic psychology scope, approaches to study high, medium and low socioeconomical level's boys and girls saving practices and money use, in Temuco city. The sample was intentionally selected by 150 preadolescents students (tweens), with ages between 10 and 14 years old, pertaining to two-parental and single parental family structure and residents of Temuco city - Chile. Distribution inside sample included 50 subjects from each socioeconomical level and 74 men and 76 women. The results show statistical significant differences related to children socioeconomical level as much in their saving practices like in their sources of obtaining money and use they do with it. The results are discussed considering the family economic socialization impact, the different economic behavior styles in every socioeconomical level and the intergenerational transmission of behavior guidelines, attitudes and values toward money processes influence.
