In the knowledge and information society, education of the students looks for the balance between the teacher's role like transmitter of information and the teaching for understanding. This tendency in the formation of qualified professionals relates theory and practice, it is the one it bases of learning of the educational profession. There are difficulties of cultural and institutional type that prevent the development of formation methods based on reflection and the students' participation.
