This article analyze the system of incorporation of the norms applied in the MERCOSUR, for the sake of determining how the treatment of the MERCOSUR legislation at juridical system applied in the States members, from some considerations on the internal legal systems. Also we will examine the questions relative to the simultaneous effect like mechanism of incorporation of the norms in the space of the South Cone, and the differences between this mechanism and the total supranationality.
