This article reports the results of our investigation about the juridical labour treatment on the business groups in the Comparative Law (Fondecyt, N° 1030788, years 2003-2004), as the recognize of this entities as the attribution to legal effects. In this respect, we analyze four juridical systems: two in the Latin-American context, Argentine and Uruguay, and two in Europe, Spain and Italy.
