An expert computational system allows the individual who has activated it to complete juridical acts ignoring their particular circumstances. This leads to the following question: Is the computer's response a part of the will of its user? Is there in this case a clear, conscious, free, and present will, in the terms demanded by the Civil Code of the will as a requisite for the validity of a legal act?
