We present a case of a 14 year old male whith nasal obstruction, voice changes and epistaxis. Head and neck CT and MRI were done and showed a solid rinopharyngeal mass, with malignant aspect. Diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was made by pathology. A revision of the literature was done and we emphasize the roll of CT and MRI in the diagnosis and staging, reviewing the differential diagnosis of tumors in that location in pediatric age
