A case of a seven years old boy with a large-cell calcifying Sertoli tumor of the testis, multifocal and bilateral, diagnosed by ultra-sonography, is presented. This case is in the context of a familiar history of Carney's complex and was treated with a left orchiecthomy. The literature is reviewed verifying the low frequency of this type of tumors; the ultrasound's findings and the diagnostic criteria of the mentioned complex are analysed
