The anorectal malformations include a wide variety of anomalies, with different grades of complexity; frequently they are associated to other malformations, such as genitourinaries, spinal, cardiacs, esophageals and abdominal wall, among the most usual. The diagnostic imagings have an important place in the study of these patients. It is orientated to demonstrate appropriately the anatomy of the malformation and, on the other hand, to specify the existence of associated anomalies. Initially, in the study of patients with anorectal malformations, the most used exam it is the ultrasound that later on will be supplemented with cologram, uretrocistography and magnetic resonance, according to each patient
