We report the findings of high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) of angioinvasive aspergillosis in eight patients, seven with leukemia and the other with non-hodgkin lymphoma. In early stage of disease, four patients presented hazy, irregular nodules with halo sign. Two with evolutive stage of the disease showed cavitation, with irregular internal walls and reticular inhomogeneous content. One of them showed air crescent sign and the other had the appearance of consolidation with necrosis and cavitation. In six patients the lesion was in contact with the pleural surface. The HRTC represents an important tool for diagnosis and follow up of the angioinvasive aspergillosis
