Abstract
BLASCO G, Laura et al. Hidrops fetal no inmune por anemia diseritropoyética congénita. Rev. chil. obstet. ginecol. [online]. 2011, vol.76, n.4, pp.261-264. ISSN 0717-7526. http://dx.doi.org/10.4067/S0717-75262011000400009.
Congenital dyserythropoietic anemia is a rare group of heterogeneous disorders characterized by ineffective erythropoiesis, megaloblastic anemia, secondary hemosiderosis and fetal hydrops. We report a case of a 20 week old fetus with hydrops as a consequence of a severe fetal anemia resulting from ineffective erythro-poiesis. When non-immune fetal hydrops is found, it is essential an early etiological diagnosis to give the parents the most appropriate therapeutic options.
