Colorectal carcinoma during pregnancy is a rare event. We report a case of a 38-year-old woman with family history of colorectal cáncer with a right colon cáncer diagnosed at 35 weeks of gestation. The probiem of diagnosis as well as management of colon cáncer during pregnancy is discussed
