In this work, our purpose consist in to examine an instance of the latinoamerican criticism, that sends to a formative landmark of its development like speech. Particularly, we'll talk about to the first third of XX'th century, that corresponds with the emergency of the vanguards, where we can recognize such their groups and particulars forms, like their transdecoding activity, that settles in controversy with the cultural practices and their own expressive resources. This matter puts us in front of the evidence that the critic is an empirical subject, and we can identify him in the controversial approaches to the latinoamerican problems and his reception of the speeches practices, understanding them like aesthetic of rupture and cultural transposition, in coherence with the historical processes, sights in the panorama of the proposals and transformations of the society as a whole.
