Constitutional Studies journal, is a biannual publication made by the Center of Constitutional Studies from Talca´s University whose issues are published at the end of each semester (July to December, respectively), open to the community of constitutional law, constitutional procedural and human rights. The articles and papers must be originals.

It aims to stimulate reflection, discussion, analysis and communication among the scholars of the discipline of public law, with scientific method and in a pluralistic way, with great contributions from national and international level.
