This article analyzes the incorporation of the tenth Cons-tituional Court of the Region to the Latinamerican Constitutional Law, which is the Court foreseen in the 2010 Constitution of the Dominican Republic. The article performs a comparative analysis of its juridical statute and competences, as well as the modalities and effects of its sentences.
