CARRASCO POBLETE, Jaime. The procedural nullity as a protective technique of rights and guarantees of the parties in the Chilean procedural law. RDUCN [online]. 2011, vol.18, n.1, pp. 49-84. ISSN 0718-9753.  http://dx.doi.org/10.4067/S0718-97532011000100003.

This paper aims to examine the nullity of procedures in the Chilean civil procedure and determine the problems that exist in building a nullity legal system having as a base the main organizational structure of the procedural acts. It is proposed a new approach of the procedural nullity as a technique or instrument whose aim is to safeguard the legal system through the protection of the procedural guarantees of the litigants.
