Whatever the country, a university campus is a place composed of a diversity of elements, different uses, different buildings and different occupation profiles. The university campus that supports our reflections is The Sciences and Technologies University of Bordeaux. This campus has made many efforts to answer questions on sustainable development, such as the implementation of wood and gas fired boilers and cogeneration plant. Today, an indispensable reflection is also being made on the electrical and gas distribution system of the campus heritage built in the 60's as the annual energy (electricity and gas) bill reachesthe 2 million euros and it is increasing every year (around 6%). In this paper, the energy performance of the system will be studied on a time, a global and a local scale. The energy performance of the distribution system and the different behaviors of the users will therefore be considered so as to deliver first elements such as the climate factors and a global vision to the management department.
