CARVAJAL, A.M e JORQUERA, C. Effect of marine-industrial environment in reinforced concrete structures with superficial protection of mortar acrylic- incorporated. Revista de la Construcción [online]. 2010, vol.9, n.2, pp. 108-115. ISSN 0718-915X. doi: 10.4067/S0718-915X2010000200011.
This research provides analysis and experimental results on the behavior of superficial mortar coatings with acrylic, in concrete specimens exposed to an aggressive marine-industrial environment, in an accelerated system to observe its effects in less time. From the results obtained in the investigation it was found that the marine - industrial accelerated environment is more adverse than marine or industrial environment separately. In relation with mortar coatings with 10%, 15% and 20% acrylic, it was not more advantageous the highest acrylic percentage, except for the first exposure to chloride ions.
