This work analyzes and considers the four enforcement models offered by comparative Law: i) enforcement rendered to the Judiciary; ii) rendering it to the public administration; iii) rendering it to the judge with the support of officers external to the judiciary although subject to the supervision; and iv) rendering it to freelance professionals that act in coordination with the judge when necessary.
