From a descriptive, dogmatic and regulatory perspective, in this work, the author analyzes the object of subventions in the contract of public work concession. In this sense, we intend to answer the question of whether all public state aid qualifies as subvention or, otherwise, if it entails part of the price of the contract, not including any activity of administrative development, in order to pay service modifications or service rendering that may occur during the concession contract.
