This article analyzes the judgments of the Venezuelan Supreme Court has a derogation from international law of human rights, to make an unusual judicial review over the decisions of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, rejected his direct and indirect effects and request the denunciation of the American Convention on Human Rights.
