The article examine from a comparative law perspective the issue of using foreign and international law, as well as the jurisprudence of constitutional courts and international courts for domestic constitutional jurisdiction. Are considered the main advantages and objections to this use of non-domestic law by the constitutional courts, as also are making some initial considerations on the use of non-domestic law by the Constitutional Court of Chile.
