The article examines the approaches of the Interamerican Court of Human Rights on freedom of expression, which uses the perspective of defining the right to determine its basic or essential content and his limits, as in the case The Last Temptation of Christ, or looking for practical concordance rights system uses the principle of proportionality in the formal sense, and the system of checks in his latest case law.
