The implementation and use of Open Educational Resources (OER) at high school and undergraduate levéis through a classified and indexed catalog of educational resources which are free and available at the Internet and de Worid Wide Web, is presented. This classified catalog is accessible through the use of an academic search engine website named TEMOA (former Knowledge Hub website). This initiative was developed at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in México, with the purpose of promoting a more egalitarian access to educational resources in Latin América and worldwide. A quantitative survey to study how professors were using and adopting the OERs was done. The study shows that TEMOA has given positive results, especially because it has allowed gathering an important amount of Open Educational Resources in a form not done until today.
