The terminal cancer patient head and neck are a patient, apart from suffering from the cancer itself, adds aesthetic and functional effects of their own treatment (chemotherapy radiotherapy and surgery) and tumour growth. We present a case report and ethical analysis is based on principles of maximum (autonomy and justice) and minimum (beneficence and non maleficence). It reflect on what the patient's dignity and the concept of person.
