Solid cyst pseudo papillary tumour of the pancreas is rare. They have low malignant evolution and it is difficult to find metastasis disease. The endocrine differentiation is extremely rare. They are more frequent in women. Usually they are asymptomatic and they cause symptoms because the compression of surrounding organs. The surgical treatment is curative and their prognosis is excellent. In this paper, we described a case. She is a young patient who consults at our hospital for abdominal pain. The preoperative CT-Scan revealed a solid-cyst pancreatic mass. The surgical excisión was curative and afterthree years the patient is asymptomatic
