Solid-cystic-papillary tumor of pancreas is an uncommon neoplasm and unknown origin. It generally occurs in young women, the symptomatology is limited and is considered a low-grade malignant tumor. Treatment is surgical and the prognosis is usually good after complete resection, even if metastatic dissemination exists. We report a case of a 14-years-old woman diagnosed of a neoplasm in the tail of the pancreas which could be classified as Frantz's tumor.
