The current system ofoutsourcing , effective reformdriven in2007,has generated anew understanding ofsafety requirementin thelabor law and tort law.Of all the areasthat were renovated , it should look especiallychanging thesecurityrequirementincluded inthe employment relationship, specially about the main difference between damage predictability and damage done, andits application incase lawthat saysspecifically in therelationship tocontract workers andthe damagethat they couldsuffer in theperformance of their duties.
