we are going to analyze a decision from the Supreme Court that upheld and applied the theory of piercing the corporate veil. Even though the case presents certain special features and the decision is not precise enough with regards to both scope and standards of the technique for lifting the veil, it constitutes an interesting precedent for future decisions on the subject which might accept in a more plentiful and rigorous way the referred theory.
