In this work the irregular Low Density Parity Check code (LDPC) is analyzed and studied, is used in a low voltage powerline. Noise models are analyzed for these low voltage lines. The performance of the LDPC code is evaluated in a low voltage line channel for rates of 3, 5, 15 and 30 Mbps, considering of BER vs SNR a parameter.
