This paper propose that political debate about environment is organized above the enviromental crisis idea. This idea come up in the second half of XX century in the First World, then for studying its origin and first divulgation in the global level, between the immediate postwar period and the beginnings of the decade of seventy, it´s necessary to consider, at least, advances in the ecology science spreading process, first widespread essays written by scientific community members related to environmental crisis, impact on mass media due to first ecological disasters, arising of a ecologist or environmental social movement, and the role developped by the United Nations Organization included the Stockholm Conference in 1972
