In the present work it is sought to analyze the application of the Colonial legislation of Latin America in the vine and wine activities, on a very special territory, incide the space of Peru and La Plata, as it was it the Corregimiento of Cuyo. Known it is that the Crown privileges certain peninsular products in front of the ultramarine ones, but, contrarily to that thought, in Cuyo all its economy is developed on the base of the vine and the wine. The objective of this analysis is to determine, therefore, how the inhabitants from Cuyo develop the agricultural activity to the margin of the legislation
