The research team will share the results of the utilization of an Educational Virtual Site for Distance Education as a supportive platform for the process of teaching and learning. The experience was applied to students of the Faculty Engineering at the Universidad of Tarapacá, Arica, Chile. An Educational virtual module was installed on this institutional platform as a way to measure the effectiveness of virtual learning as opposed to a face to face learning, in relation with the same contents.
