During a long period, Dr. Lerner and me have been studied the psicotic delirium and its manifestations at language. Our aim is a research about an individual delirium but social delirium too.In this paper I will characterized, at least partially, the psicotic discourse from an interdisciplinary work done between psiquiatrics and linguistics. The approach inside the linguistic area is made from Discourse Analysis and it takes a critical perspective (ACD) in its interpretation. Thus, this characterization allows, a) to show that it is possible to give a methodology to psiquiatrics that could demonstrate with linguistics forms, an alteration, a psicological pathology that is represented in the language sphere too, b) to try an interdisciplinary way that allows the patient treatment from a more precise diagnosis by the recognition of this linguistic forms and by the discovery of posibles scissions seen at the discurse level that are seen as important work places between patientes and medicals. Methodology is qualitative and the exemplification, in consequence, will be done by anlayzed patients cases.
