To laugh with another is a corporal practice of liberation as well as of resistance to powers hostile towards life.  But it is also an invitation to revisit the past, examine the present and think of a different future. And so, an irreverent encounter brought about by writing and laughter allows us to hold off the powers of seriousness and sadness, which only intensify, for example, violence, terror and hatred of difference
