In general, our legislation is based on the principals of registering publicity. Therefore, it calls our attention the fact that there can be something "secret" in the notarial. There does not exist anything that is private in the protocol in charge of the notaries. It is the same with records and books, which the legal preservers and file clerks are in charge of. However, it is not that simple. The guidelines they follow try to give some light on this subject, which has hardly been dealt with until now, at least in our area, although it has been touched abroad. The subject has not run out. We intend to give the first outlines for a more profound study.
