This paper is a systematic analysis by the author about the concept, characteristics, and subject matter that comprises the constitutional legal law. The constitutional conflicts and their ways of being solved are analyzed, as well as the constitutionality control models centering on the consideration of the constitutional courts, their integration, their competence, and their procedures.
