Conflicts of interest are very common in medicine, they include a wide spectrum. They have an important impact on the information reaching health professionals and on patient care; most conflicts of interest in medicine are not disclosed. In health care, we need to do a better job to manage conflict of interest developing ethical recommendations to cope with them, and creating educational initiatives directed to training period and to practitioners as well. Radiologists are included in these topics and their regulations
