Starting from the development of the imaging diagnosis technology, it has become more and more important to perform morphological research using images, in this case the sella turcica. For this study, a hundred skulls from the Museum of Bones at UNIFESP have been used; the same material, after being measured and classified, was submitted to tomography in sagittal plane. The results for the sella turcica radiological measures was correlated by groups, demonstrating that sella turcica is a constant anatomic structure, but with a variable shape
