Graft versus Host Disease is an entity that occurs after bone marrow transplant, in immunocompromised patients, characterized by dermatologic, hepatic and gastrointestinal manifestations. Morbimortality can be reduced significatively by an accurate and prompt diagnosis. The differential diagnosis includes neutropenic enterocolitis and C. difficile Colitis. Computed tomography can help in the diagnosis, with a constellation of findings as focal dilatation of bowel loops, and significant mucosal enhancement
